Electrotor-SloMo ~ Control - Electric - Wiring

Overview:

Power wiring and control wiring, Wiring inside controller(s) not included.

Wiring Diagram for Ultimate Control:
The wiring diagram below as shown will require 2 x 3 x 2 x 2 = 24 power transistors. There appears to be no reason why P1 and S2 cannot have the same power controller and therefore use the same power transistors. I.e. 12 power transistors, simpler and therefore more reliable.

Notes:

For an electrical Yaw concept, which may eliminate the cross-coupling of roll and yaw from unequal torque, see; DESIGN ~ Electrotor-SloMo ~ Control Flight - Weight-Shift - Yaw. This is not shown on the above diagram.

Hall Effect Sensors might be included at the rotor, or the control might be Sensorless.

Balance is the left-hand bi-directional temporary contact thumb switch for applying yaw control by unequal torque to the two intermeshing (and perhaps interleaving and coaxial) rotors.

Star and Delta (3-phase):

Star is the one to be used.

Outside Sites:

Wire Gage and Current Limits

Control Circuit (low power side):

Power Circuit (high power side):

Seriously reduce the length of and shield the copper wiring and cables outside of the coils. ~ Pascal

Opto-Isolators:

To be used between low power and high power sides.
