Notes:
Spruce core
?? Leading edge.
Glass overlay.
Multi layers at root. Perhaps sufficient to eliminate the mounting plates.
Is this the best way to prototype?? Consider balsa back half; but it will need glass overlay. Consider fiberglass blade over foam core; i.e. closer to the real thing. Initially, consider just throwing an aluminum flat-bar around with a weight of approximately 0.75 pounds per foot.
